These single-bevel slitting knives are typically installed in slitting systems equipped with mechanical or pneumatic knife holders. The single-bevel cutting geometry provides a reliable cutting profile for medium- and low-speed slitting applications where dimensional accuracy, stable cutting performance, and material adaptability are important.
For standard configurations, the front face of the knife is precision-ground to provide a sharp and consistent cutting edge, while the back face can be sandblasted for a clean and uniform surface finish.
