Multi Bottom Knives

Multi Bottom Knives integrate multiple cutting knives into a single knife body for efficient and consistent multi-lane slitting. Available in single-edge or double-edge configurations, they can be supplied with different locking systems to suit various machine designs.
Standard knife spacing of 5 mm or 10 mm provides consistent slit widths while the integrated design simplifies installation. Compared with individual bottom knives, Multi Bottom Knives offer a compact structure, faster setup, consistent knife spacing, and lower overall system cost.
These knives are designed for slitting machines, rewinders, and converting equipment and are suitable for paper, paperboard, plastic films, labels, adhesive tapes, flexible composites, nonwoven materials, thin paper, and textiles.
Mounted on the bottom knife shaft, Multi Bottom Knives work with upper dished knives, flat knives, knife holders, or pneumatic knife holders to form a complete shear slitting system. WINGCHONG KNIFE can also manufacture matching knife and holder components for precise system compatibility.
